We provide witness statement taking services around the country for our business and private clients. Including solicitors, insurance providers and others.
All statements are recorded using a two Dictaphone's, one to provide a copy to the witness and one for our own records.
The witness is always given a hard copy or digital copy of the statement unless they decline, a signed form will be provided indicating they declined or accepted this copy. In any other circumstance the signed statement form from the agent will include further details of the events.
The following forms are provided with the statements:
- Consent form
- Receipt or refusal of a copy of the statement form
- Signed statement form the Enquiry Agent
- Chain of custody form
Statements and the forms are sent electronically unless hard copies are required.

All statements are priced from £155. Typical costs are £205 for a statement taken from 1 witness including all the forms and usual documentation.

We are able to issue copies of statements to those providing them the same day as required virtually or physically.
