Set hourly standard charge per agent - Mobile and Static - A minimum of 3 hours of booking is required. Get in touch for further information.

Rates are inclusive of footage, photographs, reports, and statements. To be delivered electronically. 

For hard copies of photographs, we charge £20 for 10 photographs to be delivered within 10 days. 

We can provide a USB with Raw data, photographs, and videos for £30.

The process

1. Exchange of information, the investigator asks you some basic questions about your needs, we agree availability and costs
2. Investigator receives instructions formally after receiving payment
3. The investigator conducts background research on all of the potential areas for surveillance, this includes likely routes, static surveillance positions & mobile positions.
4. The investigator prepares the surveillance vehicle, ensuring windows are clean, recording devices are charged and all other equipment is ready.
5. The surveillance is conducted, the investigator will record using a DSLR or camcorder primarily, keeping other records using a phone, dictaphone or pen & paper
6. The Investigator may send updates if possible to the client during the surveillance, this is particularly of value to clients involving matrimonial matters or cheating partners
7. The surveillance for that day ends, the photographs & video are transferred to a hard drive, edited for quality, and video compressed as required for sending to clients, and a detailed report will be written from the notes, Dictaphone, photos, videos, and their memory
8. If further days were requested the report may be held and added to the further days of surveillance
9. The report is sent along with download links for photos & video as required, the client may have questions or follow-up actions required
