FAQ

FAQ - Frequently asked questions

Client Information Centre

- How much does it cost?

We have hourly rates for set work and so our pricing is based on your needs. We don't do the hard sell on the phone and we give free advice. No two tracings and no two surveillance operations are the same. For a no obligation quote get in contact.

We do offer some services in some cases in exchange for services.

- Is it legal to hire a Private Investigator?

Yes, absolutely. You won't get into any trouble for hiring a PI. In fact, hiring a PI is a safer, more efficient way to gather the information you need as we are professionals in navigating the legal and ethical aspects of investigation.

- How fast can you trace someone?

For UK based traces the vast majority are completed in 1-10 days. There are many factors which contribute to the time and so we really cannot make assurances on the speed of traces.

- You got in contact with me, what do you want?

Sometimes on instruction of our clients we make contact with individuals for the purposes of gathering information. The reasons are varied, we will explain everything once we have established communication. It is nothing to worry about, you may know someone or have been involved with something we are trying to find out about.

- Do Private Investigators in the UK need a license?

No, but we may do soon. More information here.

No we cannot.
