Our Rapid Response Service is a premium service for clients who require a high level of attention and where responsiveness is paramount. Our call out Rapid Response service offers the full breadth of our operational abilities at short notice.

Our rates for the service in addition to our standard hourly rate is as follows:

2 hours or less notice - £350 per agent

6 hours or less notice - £230 per agent

12 hours or less notice - £150 per agent

Notice time to be when hours are agreed upon. 

Standard Rates of £68 per hour plus any excess mileage at a rate of £0.50 per mile.

All images, video, and data are included to be sent electronically. 

Payment is required immediately and in full to ensure a prompt response.

For optimum results, we always advise booking 3 days in advance. 

Using our state of the art technology including tracking equipment, high specification recording and communication devices we offer a premium service for VIP clients who require a highly responsive service.

Because of the time sensitive nature of these enquiries we require immediate payment is made in full upon request of services. This is usually by bank transfer, PayPal or Debit/Credit Card over the phone. Delays to payments could result in non-service with a full refund. For existing clients we will send an invoice post-surveillance.
